This series is the result of pure play. My goal while painting these was to let loose and create whatever came to mind without second-guessing. It was a wonderful exercise in acceptance and trust. As I got going, I leaned into the freedom to explore and luxuriate in my imagination. The scenes in these paintings exist in a time beyond humans—not in mourning, but in harmony. They are hopeful, balanced, and synergized. Please enjoy.
